Q: Are your bakes Halal-certified?
A: Our bakes are not Halal-certified. However, we do not use pork, lard or alcohol in our recipes. If you have specific dietary or allergen concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Q: How much notice do I need to place an order?
A: We recommend placing your order at least 3–4 days in advance to ensure availability. Larger or customised orders may require additional lead time.
Q: Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
A: Yes! We cater for corporate events, staff appreciation, schools, hospitals, weddings, birthdays and other celebrations. Whether you need 20 boxes or several hundred servings, we'd be happy to help. Please contact us for a customised quotation.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayNow and other secure online payment methods through our checkout. Payment is required to confirm your order.
Q: Do you offer delivery and self-collection?
A: For the time being, only self-collection is available, locations indicated during checkout.
Q: How should I store my bakes?
A: At THREE. Bakehaus, we bake using fresh ingredients, real fruits, and no added preservatives or artificial additives. If you're not enjoying them immediately, simply store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For an extra warm and gooey treat, microwave cookies or brookies for 8–10 seconds before serving.
